Profile Corporate Controller

Job role objective:

Advising the Board and Management on how to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the (international) organisation and contributing to the development of a strategic policy.

Job responsibilities:

- Be a sparring partner of the Board and Management.
- Effectively manage, motivate and develop the Corporate Control staff.
- Develop effective control mechanisms.
- Design and implement a treasury policy.
- Identify and communicate risk management issues to the to the organisation.
- Compile (consolidated) management reports.
