Profile Financial Controller

Job role objective:

Providing the Executive Board and Management with reliable financial control and accountability reports to provide insight and transparency about the organisation's financial situation.

Job responsibilities:

- Effectively manage, motivate and develop all Finance team staff.
- Develop internal and external reports (monthly, quarterly and annually).
- Prepare and monitor budgets.
- Compile management reports and financial accounts.
- Ensure an appropriate administrative organisation and internal control.
- Maintain contacts with external organisations.
- Be a sparring partner of the Board, Management and Business Controllers
