by ControlPartners for the following purposes:

Your curriculum vitae and related data will only be exchanged
with potential employers and/or principals after you have permitted
us to do this. Employers may hold office outside the
Netherlands.
Whenever governed by law, we are obliged to give the appropriate
authorities access to your personal information. We also reserve
the right to share your data with partnering recruiting agencies,
provided we are assured these agencies adhere to the same privacy
policy principles.
Newsletters and vacancy messages
We encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter and vacancy
message service. For that purpose we would have to record your
e-mail address. We will then use your e-mail address to keep you
informed of the latest appropriate vacancies and relevant news
about your field of interest.
In the event that you no longer wish to receive the above
information, we ask you to follow the link supplied in each message
and unsubscribe.
Enrolment as candidate and provision of Curriculum Vitae
(CV)
We offer the possibility to sign up as a candidate by means of
our website.
You can also respond directly to a published vacancy or
available assignment. Upon receipt, we will validate and record
your CV. Thereafter, your personal data will only be accessible by
yourself and ControlPartners.
Once you have signed up, you are also encouraged to do a
personality test at TestGroup Consulting. TestGroup is an
international and innovative bureau that specialises in online
assessments. We will publish a very brief summary of your test
result describing your personality type on our website. The data
that we publish will be unrecognisable, to protect your privacy.
The full personality test report will be made available to you and
is securely stored at TestGroup Consulting. Only with your
permission will we forward your report to potential employers or
clients.
Your CV can be updated any time by logging on to our website
using your account name and password. Your previous CV will be
replaced automatically.
User data of visitors to our website
We collect information and statistical data of visitors to our
website, for example to determine which web pages are visited
regularly and to determine which of our services are the most
popular. We only use this information in an aggregated form and to
optimise the usability of our website and to improve our services.
We also can decide to summarise part of the aggregated information
and publish it on our website.
Use of cookies
