Job role objective:
Advising the Board and Management on how to improve the
effectiveness and efficiency of the (international) organisation
and contributing to the development of a strategic policy
Job responsibilities:
- Be a sparring partner of the Board and Management.
- Effectively manage, motivate and develop all Finance team
staff.
- Monitore the planning and control cycle.
- Design and implement a treasury policy.
- Identify and communicate risks management issues to the
organisation.
- Compile periodic management- and statutory reports.
