Profile Manager Planning & Control
Job role objective:
Providing the Executive Board and Management with reliable
financial control and accountability reports in order to provide
insight and tranparency about the organisation's financial
situation. Advising the Board and magement on how to improve
the organisation and contributing to the development of a
strategic policy.
Job responsibilities:
- Be a sparring Partner of the Board and Management.
- Effectively manage, motivate and develop all Finance team
staff.
- Develop the Planning and Control cycle.
- Identify and communciate risk management issues to the
organisation.
- Compile management and scenario reports.
